Solitaire
Classic Klondike, beautifully dealt

FreeCell is the thinking player's patience. The whole deck is dealt face up into eight columns, so nothing is hidden and nothing is guessed. Four free cells sit to one side as temporary parking, four foundations wait to be filled from ace to king, and the rest is pure planning. Build the columns down in alternating colours, keep a cell or an empty column in reserve, and the table slowly comes apart in your hands.
Drag a card or a whole run and it moves as one, as long as your free cells and empty columns can carry it; the bar at the top tells you how many cards you can lift before you commit. Tap a card instead and it finds its own best home, foundation first. Undo goes back as far as you like, Hint points at a move worth making, and safe cards fly home on their own so you never have to babysit the aces.
Every table has a number. Deal #1 is the layout FreeCell players have known for decades, and you can type in any number you like, replay the one you are on, or take a random one. The timer and move counter run in the bar, your best time and how many tables you have cleared are kept in your browser, and when the last king lands the whole deck comes bouncing down the screen.
