Siesta Slots

Siesta Slots is a slot machine in a circus caravan parked in a meadow. Its three reels show three symbols each, circus tents, magic top hats, cannons and popcorn, and eight lines pay: the three rows, the three reels and the two diagonals. Your bet is the price of a spin, and every line of three pays by its symbol and your bet, the tent most and the popcorn least. A win does not end the spin: the winning symbols burst, the symbols above fall into the gaps, new ones drop in from the top and the reels are checked again, so one spin can chain line after line, with a combo count over the reels and confetti from the fifth line in a row. A spin that pays four times the bet or more raises a sign over the caravan, GREAT, BIG WIN or AWESOME, that counts the winnings up. When the reels stop on three golden ticket pieces and no line, the pieces join into a ticket that flies into one of the caravan's four windows.

Wins also build the four power-ups beside the reels: tent lines charge WILD, hat lines FREEZE, cannon lines RESPIN and popcorn lines SWAP, and a full gauge gives you one more (two lines fill it, three for SWAP). The first four spins hand you two of each, one kind per spin, with a pointing hand that shows how to use them. Drag WILD onto a symbol and it becomes a wild that fits any line. FREEZE holds every symbol of the kind you drop it on while the rest of the reels spin again, RESPIN spins one reel again, and SWAP swaps two neighbouring symbols when that makes a line (a ticket piece only moves up or down). None of them costs a coin, and after more than three spins without a win FREEZE and RESPIN are steered towards one. After a spin that pays, the Double Up sign offers a red-or-black card guess: a right guess doubles the winnings, a wrong one loses them, and after a right guess you can collect or guess again. Spin on instead and the winnings are simply yours.
