Bubble Cannon

Bubble Cannon is a classic bubble shooter set in a sunny meadow. A field of glossy bubbles hangs from a flowery wooden beam, and at the bottom sits a candy-striped cannon on a lollipop wheel. Point at the field and a dotted aim line shows exactly where the shot will go, including one bounce off the side wall. Land it next to two or more of the same colour and they pop with a little sparkle; every bubble that was only hanging on by them drops into the grass for double points. You always see the next bubble in the basket, and one tap swaps it into the cannon.

Sixty hand-made levels are spread over Clover Hill, Sunflower Lane and Willow Pond. Some ask you to clear the field, some to pop a set number of one colour, and some to rescue the chicks, bunnies, ladybirds and frogs trapped inside bubbles, who hop off across the meadow once they are free. Bombs blast everything around them, rainbow bubbles match any colour and stones only fall when nothing holds them up. Drop eight bubbles at once and the cannon loads a bomb; four popping shots in a row earn a rainbow. Every level comes with a set number of cannonballs, stars for the ones you have left over, and has been cleared by the game's own solver within that allowance.

Endless is the quick high score chase: the ceiling creeps down a row every few shots, the rows keep coming in an endless stream, new colours join the longer you last, and your best run is saved in your browser. The Daily field is a fresh symmetrical daily puzzle, the same for everyone, with today's best score kept. Aim with the mouse and click to fire, or drag on a phone and let go; right-click or Tab swaps the bubble, P pauses and M mutes.
