Slide every corner

Hover Circuit puts you a metre above a ribbon of glossy white track suspended over open water. The road is drawn segment by segment as it rushes towards you, so it rolls, crests and banks with real weight while the sun sits high overhead and throws hard light off the sea below. Coloured lights run along both edges of the circuit and tell you what is coming before you can see it. Eight ships line up in candy-shell colours — cyan, lime, coral, rose, violet — and none of them carries a weapon. This is a race, not a fight.
A hovering ship does not steer like a car. There is a soft lag between your hand and the nose, so you learn to ask for a corner early and let the craft settle into it. When early is not enough, the left and right airbrakes bite into the inside of the turn and haul the line tight, at the cost of speed you have to earn back. Blue chevron pads give that speed straight away; the boost meter gives it to you for good driving, filling as you carry a clean line through a corner without touching anything. Orange magnetic rails clamp you to the racing line for a moment, which is a gift on a blind crest and a trap if you wanted to be somewhere else. Scrape a wall and your shield takes the hit; empty it and you sit out a short respawn while the pack goes by. Banked turns, tunnels bored through floating platforms, gaps you jump, short splits that rejoin, and one vertical loop that turns the sky upside down — all of it comes at you faster in each of the three speed classes, Novice, Pro and Elite.
Six circuits, each with its own character: Azure Span is wide and quick, a first look at open water. Halcyon Reach is all long sweepers and commitment. Cobalt Trench threads tunnels and shade under the platforms. Solstice Spire climbs and banks hard on the way back down. Meridian Helix holds the loop. Zenith Crown is the fastest thing here and forgives nothing. Race any of them on their own over three laps against seven AI rivals who close up when you pull away, run a Time Trial against the ghost of your own best run, or take all six as a Cup where points are awarded each race and the table is settled at the last flag. Two players can share one keyboard in landscape split-screen. Arrows or WASD to fly, Space for boost, Q and E for the airbrakes, P to pause, M to mute, R to restart; on a phone there are thumb pads under each hand. Lap times and personal bests are kept on your own device.
Drift, dash and race to the line.
