Tap the falling piano keys in time

Dance Floor is a rhythm game with a dancer who moves when you do. Arrows for left, down, up and right rise towards a row of rings at the top of the screen, and the moment one fills its ring you press the matching key or tap the matching pad. Hit it on the beat and your dancer steps out, points at the ceiling, dips, jumps or claps; hold a long arrow and they freeze in a pose until it runs out. Perfect, good and okay hits all count and fill the groove meter, a miss only breaks your combo, and the music never stops early, so every routine plays to the end.
There are twenty-four routines in four styles, from easy disco to quick salsa, each a short original song that the game plays itself, with drums, bass, chords and a lead tune made of the very notes you are hitting. Every routine has a par score and keeps your best on this device, three stars come from the score, and stars unlock new outfits in the wardrobe. The floor tiles light on every beat and the arrows are on screen two bars ahead, so you can dance with the sound off, and a short tap-along screen tunes the timing to your speakers or headphones.
Bring a friend for two players on one screen, side by side: one dances on the arrow keys and the other on W A S D, or each on their own set of pads with a tablet held sideways. Or step into the Dance Off, an endless mix that gets faster every eight bars and changes style as it goes until the crowd runs out of energy, and chase your high score. Press P to pause and M to mute.
Tap, strum and drum in time with the beat.
