Comet Catcher is a fast arcade game about the last shift on a very busy moon. You stand on a landing deck under a swirling nebula with a net held over your head, and the sky keeps dropping things on you. Slide left and right, line the rim up and catch whatever is worth catching before it hits the deck.
Gold comets are the bread and butter. Ice chunks fall faster and pay a little less. Pink star shards are worth more than either, if you can get under them in time. Every catch adds a link to your chain, and the chain sets your multiplier all the way up to eight times — but let a comet or a shard reach the deck and the chain is gone. Black rocks are the other half of the job: catch one and the net tears, and the third tear ends the run. Four power-ups fall in between, each for a few seconds: a wider net, a magnet that drags the loot sideways into your hands, slow-motion that buys you a moment to think, and a shield that eats one rock for free.
There are three ways to play. Endless is an endless run: it goes until the net is gone, gets faster the longer you last, and saves your high score in your browser. Daily deals everyone the same seeded fall pattern for the date, so today's daily run is the one everyone else is playing too. Blitz is sixty seconds of pure greed, and every star shard buys one more second on the clock. Arrow keys or A and D on a keyboard, the mouse if you prefer it, or a finger dragged anywhere on a phone. Press P to pause, M to mute.
Quick rounds, high scores, one more go.
