This Privacy Policy explains how Kiloo A/S (“Kiloo”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit Kiloo.com and play our browser games. Kiloo.com has no user accounts and no payments: you can open any game and start playing immediately.

What we collect

• Technical data needed to serve the site and games, such as IP address, browser type, device type and basic request logs.

• Messages you send us, such as through the Support contact form or by email, including your name, email address and message content.

We do not require an account to use Kiloo.com and we do not process payments on the site.

Why we collect it, and our legal bases

• Operating the site and games (technical data, necessary cookies) — necessary for our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
• Analytics to understand which games and videos are popular and improve Kiloo.com — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Responding to your enquiries (contact form, support or privacy emails) — necessary to answer your request, or to comply with a legal obligation for privacy requests.

Local game data

Some Kiloo games store progress directly in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. This data stays on your device, is not linked to an account (there are none) and is not transmitted to Kiloo. Clearing your browser's site data, or switching device or browser, resets it.

How long we keep data

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and reliability, typically a matter of weeks. Aggregated, anonymous analytics may be kept longer since it does not identify you. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws elsewhere, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it (access).
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data (rectification).
• Ask us to delete your data (erasure), where applicable.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw cookie consent at any time, without affecting past processing.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Danish Datatilsynet.

Children

Kiloo.com is a general-audience site with age-appropriate content, and it has no accounts, so we do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond the technical and anonymous analytics data described above. If you believe a child has otherwise provided us with personal data (for example, in a contact message), please contact us and we will remove it.

International transfers

Where a service we use (such as analytics or our content delivery network) processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on that provider's applicable safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
