Stormblades can be downloaded for free on the App Store and Google Play. Performance depends mostly on the hardware of the device you want to use it on. Generally speaking, it should be enough with iOS 6 or newer, and Android 2.3 or newer.

Make sure that you do not have a lot of other apps running at the same time, since this can have a significant impact on the performance of the game. Airplane Mode can also boost performance. On Android, you can try clearing the cache.
