Witness the Evolution of Battle Royale Games
What started out as a silly experiment has blossomed into a record-breaking gaming genre, and Mini Royale 2 is the next chapter in it. We’re talking about battle royale games, of course! Ever since PUBG and Fortnite hit the scene in 2016 and 2017, gamers all over the world have been dropping into “hot zones,” frantically scavenging for gear, and fighting their way to that number one spot. That’s what battle royale games are all about: starting with nothing and surviving until the bitter end. Now, in some popular BRs like Apex Legends or the above games, you can generally hide for most of the game if you want and just try to win that final fight, but not in Mini Royale 2. This .io-style online game was created in 2019, a few years after the “BR boom” began, so the development team at Cem Demir made things a little more up close and personal. In this game, the map is much smaller, so you better be ready for a fight!
How to Play Mini Royale 2
Mini Royale 2 is loaded with all the thrilling trademarks you want in an unblocked battle royale game, but with a few key differences. Like other BRs, you start out with barely any gear. You parachute into an active warzone while your enemies do the same. As soon as your feet hit the ground, you will want to check in buildings for guns and equipment, but be careful, someone may have landed right next to you! Find armor, bigger guns, syringes for health recovery, and more to increase your chances of survival. Once you’re loaded up, go out and look for trouble. There are ten of you on this small map, so if you can win at least two or three fights, you just might be the last one standing, which is how you win the game. Oh, and make sure you keep moving around the map, because sectors will be gassed periodically. If your current sector is one of them, get out of there!
Oh, That Flag Is Mine
Who doesn’t love a rousing game of capture the flag? Well, if you get cracked in the head by an ace sniper while toting the flag back to your base, you might have some regrets, but no worries – you’ll respawn. That’s right, Mini Royale 2 has a CTF mode. Classic rules apply in this version of the unblocked game: infiltrate the enemy base, steal their flag, and bring it back to your base to score. It will take a smart balance between offense and defense to achieve victory, because the other team will be looking to steal your flag as well. Can you keep a cool head while the bullets fly right above it? Just grab that flag and get a move on.
Tips and Tricks to Stay Alive
You know, after spectating a few dozen matches, we can’t help but feel bad for new players who make rookie mistakes. In order to prevent a premature death, we want to help you out with some of our best survival tips. First and foremost, watch that landing. We know you’re eager to get that shiny gun twenty feet away, but as soon as your feet hit the ground, you should take a solid look all the way around before you fixate on loot. For all you know, there might be someone five feet away from you. Next, always check your corners when you’re entering a building or a room – you never know who might be camped out with a gun pointed at the door. Finally, and we can’t emphasize this enough, make sure your guns are always reloaded! There’s nothing worse than having to reload after firing just one or two shots. Well, we already went this far, so we might as well let you in on our pro tips as well.
Gear, Gear, Gear
In this unblocked battle royale game, gear is absolutely everything. Think you can take down last round’s winner with a pea-shooter? You’re going to need something way more powerful than that, and with better range, like an AK47, uzi, or a shotgun. It’s not just all about guns, though. If you keep your eyes peeled, you can find armor, gadgets, and health restoratives to keep you in the fight longer and engage your foes in more creative and effective ways. Heck, you can even unlock awesome new skins for your character if you have an account – that counts as gear too!
Dominate the Map
This may sound silly to beginners, but the real pros know exactly what we’re talking about here. Battle royale games like Mini Royale 2 and the many that came before it are about more than just being a good shot. Yes, it’s important that you can whip that sight up to your eye and fire off a dozen rounds with perfect accuracy, but if you’re in a terrible position to begin with, that won’t matter. What we mean is this: seek the high ground. Find a spot with only one entrance, so you can keep your eye on your opponent. Always be near cover. Manipulate your opponents into entering open areas. If you can dominate the map and use the terrain to your advantage, every shot will count that much more.
Is That…A Drone?
Finally, one of our favorite features of this unblocked game is the drones. If you’re quick and accurate enough, you just might be able to shoot one of these puppies down for some sweet loot. A word to the wise, however: your shot will definitely be seen and/or heard by someone on these smaller maps. It’s up to you if that loot would be worth it. Just know that you’re painting a target on your back. Well, they can’t hit it if you keep moving, and thanks to that drone, you’ve got a serious BOOM-stick in your hands.
Keep Slaying, Soldier
Trust us, Mini Royale 2 is addicting and fun enough to take up an afternoon or five. However, if you do manage to tear it up in both game modes and unlock some new skins, we understand if you want to find new ways to conquer your opponents. That’s why we always keep a fresh stock of multiplayer titles available in our multiplayer category. Even if you’re not a first-person shooter fan, you’ll find all kinds of genres to play around within this diverse category, from sports to arcade to…what the heck is that? Finally, we know that it can be tough staying in all th time with the whole you-know-what-19 situation going on, but with the support of the World Health Organization, we’ve set up a category of online games you can play with your friends that allow you to “play apart together,” as the WHO calls it. Hey, just because we’re blowing each other up, doesn’t mean it’s not a form of socializing.
